Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment within a lively hospitality environment. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times.
Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol licensing regulations.
Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking.
Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly is desirable.
Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your hospitality skills within a supportive team environment, while contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Pay: £14.00-£20.00 per hour
