Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a variety of skills in beauty treatments and guest services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for our clients. This role requires excellent communication abilities, creativity in makeup application, and a strong understanding of hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Provide a range of beauty services including makeup application, deep tissue massage, and barbering.
Manage the front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalised recommendations.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the salon environment.
Engage in social media management to promote services and showcase client transformations.
Deliver exceptional guest services, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong skills in makeup application and knowledge of various beauty treatments.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
Experience in managing front desk operations is advantageous.
Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional purposes is preferred.
Ability to upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing professional development.
