Experienced Roofer / Roofing Operative (Self-Employed or Employed Options)

JDL Roofing Services Limited

Coventry & Solihull

We are a growing roofing company based in the Coventry and Solihull area looking for an experienced roofer to join our team as we expand.

We carry out a steady mix of:

Roof repairs (high volume)
Re-roofing projects
Fascia, soffits and guttering work

We are currently at a stage where we need reliable additional roofers to support consistent workload and reduce reliance on a single team.

The Role

You will be carrying out roofing work on residential properties across Coventry, Solihull and surrounding areas.

The majority of work is repairs, with re-roofing projects available for the right person.

Work is provided on a consistent basis once reliability is proven.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in roofing (repairs and/or re-roofs)
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Able to work independently without supervision
Takes pride in finishing work to a high standard
Communicates clearly (updates/photos from site)

Essential:

Proven roofing experience

Preferred:

Own van and tools
Public liability insurance
Experience with pitched roofs, flat roofs, and general repairs
