About the Role

Here at Pass, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to help with a backlog of administrative work.

This is a short-term, part-time role that would be well suited to university students, recent graduates, or anyone looking for flexible temporary work. The role is office-based at our Harrogate office.

You will be responsible for entering and updating information in our internal systems. The work is repetitive but straightforward, and full guidance will be provided. No prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Inputting data accurately into internal systems
Checking and updating existing records
Working through a backlog of administrative data
Maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Following clear guidance and instructions

Requirements

Good attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Reliable and able to work independently
Able to work onsite in our Harrogate office
Good A-Level results and/or currently at university or a recent graduate

Additional Information

This is a flexible, office-based role with 30-40 hours available. It may be particularly suitable for university students or recent graduates looking for short-term work.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
