Full job description

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our busy Lettings Property Management department based in our Low Fell branch. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on administration and customer service.

About the Role
As part of our friendly and fast-paced team, you'll be managing a portfolio of rental properties. This means building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. If you’re someone who thrives on variety and enjoys helping people, this could be the perfect role for you.

You'll be handling a wide range of tasks - from coordinating maintenance to processing tenancy agreements - so being able to multitask, prioritise effectively, and stay calm under pressure is key.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Coordinating regular property inspections and discussing outcomes with landlords and tenants
Preparing and organising tenancy agreements and renewals
Handling tenant referencing and application processing
Responding to maintenance issues and working with contractors
Liaising with landlords, tenants, local authorities and other stakeholders
Carrying out general office admin: answering calls, inputting data, filing, and other support tasks
Supporting the wider team as needed in our busy office

What We’re Looking For
While experience in lettings is a bonus, it’s not essential - we’ll provide full training for the right person. What really matters is a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for delivering top-notch service.

You’ll Need To Be:

A great communicator with a friendly phone manner
Confident working with IT systems (basic skills are fine - we’ll show you the rest!)
Calm and solution-focused, even when things get busy
Well-presented and professional
A team player who’s happy to pitch in wherever needed
Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities

Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.15pm, and you will be required to work Saturdays 9-1pm on a rota basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
