Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This paid position offers an opportunity to work within a professional healthcare environment, supporting both administrative tasks and patient relations.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures
Manage appointment scheduling and cancellations efficiently
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing enquiries as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and update information regularly
Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and processing payments
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth workflow throughout the day
Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary supplies

Qualifications

Previous office or administrative experience is desirable
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
