Nuovo Clinic is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Assistant to help us manage our sales activity, CRM systems and digital marketing.
This is a varied, hands-on position for someone who has a natural sales mentality, enjoys learning and is extremely confident using computers, social media and digital systems.
We are open to considering someone who is looking to develop their career within this field, provided you have the drive, hunger, IT skills and natural sales flair to succeed.
You will work closely with the business lead, learning how we drive and manage enquiries, sales pipelines, marketing campaigns and advertising. The role offers a mixture of working from our clinic in Braintree and working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Sales and CRM support
- Drive new client enquiries through our website, social media, telephone, email and other channels.
- Help to convert enquiries into consultations, appointments and treatment bookings.
- Support the management of leads, follow-up tasks and sales opportunities within our CRM.
- Keep client records, sales stages and follow-up activities accurate and up to date.
- Help manage sales campaigns, lead-nurturing activity and rebooking opportunities.
- Monitor and target sales campaign performance, sales results and conversion activity.
- Work closely with the business lead to learn and improve our sales processes.
Marketing support
- Help plan, organise and manage marketing activity across our website and social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and publish social media content.
- Create and deliver email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Help update website content, offers and promotional information.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign results, engagement, enquiries, bookings and return on activity.
- Respond to social media messages, comments and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Research content ideas, industry trends and potential campaign opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across all platforms.
Content creation
Depending on your skills and confidence, the role may also include:
- Taking photographs and videos in the clinic.
- Creating short-form content for Reels, TikTok and other social platforms.
- Supporting treatment, product and promotional content.
- Editing simple photographs and videos.
- Writing captions, emails and website copy.
- Organising content plans and posting schedules.

Experience required:
The following is preferred, although some training and support will be provided:
- Essential - Previous sales, customer service or appointment-booking experience.
- Essential - Experience using a CRM or online booking system.
- Preferred - Social media management experience.
- Preferred - Email or SMS marketing experience.
- Preferred - Content creation, photography or video-editing skills.
- Preferred - Experience using Canva or similar design platforms.
- Preferred - Experience updating website content.
- Essential - Experience within a B2C or B2B client-focused business.
