Full job description

Evie Willow is a team of experienced cabinetmakers and designers creating luxury bespoke kitchens, cabinetry, and furniture from our Oxfordshire-based workshop. Working alongside architects, interior designers, developers, and private clients within the high-end residential market, our work includes the design, manufacture, and installation of:

Kitchens
Dressing rooms
Media rooms
Wine rooms
Cinema rooms
Boot rooms

We are proud of our reputation for quality and attention to detail, and we are currently experiencing continued growth with an increasingly expanding order book. As a result, we are looking to grow our talented team.

Our projects are located nationwide, with a strong focus on the Cotswolds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company producing some of the finest bespoke work in the industry.

We are looking for a full-time, experienced Carpenter / Bench Joiner / Kitchen fitter to join our growing team.

The successful candidate must have:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in cabinet making or bench joinery
Relevant qualifications in woodworking/joinery (preferred but not essential)
Experience with a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery
A strong understanding of commercial manufacturing techniques
A passion for high-quality craftsmanship with excellent attention to detail
The ability to read and work from technical production drawings efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, focused approach when challenges arise
Good communication skills, able to work well both independently and within a team
Effective time management to meet deadlines and deliver work in full
A flexible approach to working hours during peak periods
A full, clean UK driving licence
The legal right to live and work in the UK at the time of application

Benefits:

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am-4.30pm, 7am - 11am Fridays
