Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional beauty treatments, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure clients leave feeling revitalised and satisfied. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a welcoming environment, helping clients enhance their natural beauty through customised treatments. The position is paid and suitable for individuals committed to delivering high standards of care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application.
Offer personalised skincare advice tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure all equipment and products are used correctly and stored appropriately.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and addressing any concerns professionally.
Promote additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and business growth.
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference.

Requirements

Proven experience in makeup application and delivering various beauty treatments.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A friendly, professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work flexibly, prioritising client needs while maintaining high standards of service.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy are preferred but not essential if the candidate demonstrates significant practical experience.

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
