Full job description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple departments.
Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
Manage filing systems, records, and databases.
Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and handle general enquiries.
Schedule meetings, maintain diaries, and assist with appointments.
Provide reception cover during staff absence, breaks, or busy periods.
Welcome visitors and ensure a professional front-of-house service.
Assist with ad hoc administrative projects and other duties as required.

About You

You will have:

Previous administrative or office experience.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A professional, friendly, and flexible approach.
