<p><span><strong>EQUANS is recruiting for a Caretaker to join the team in Pendle Vale High School, Oxford Rd, Nelson BB9 8LF . This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,954.50 per annum and benefits package.</strong></span></p> <p><span><strong>Shift times:</strong></span></p> <p><span><span>Monday- Friday - </span></span><span><span>5:30am-1:30pm </span></span></p> <p><span><strong>What will you deliver?</strong></span></p> <p><span>Responsible for the day to day management of the school premises with respect to caretaking services, together with establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups. Ensure that all services are provided to a consistently high standard.
