Front of House / Patient Coordinator
Part-Time (9:45am - 2:00pm, 1-2 days per week)
The Gorgeous Clinic – Blackpool
We are looking for a reliable, polished and hard-working Front of House / Patient Coordinator to join our team at The Gorgeous Clinic a couple of days a week.
This is a hands-on role in a high-standard clinic environment. It involves welcoming clients, supporting the smooth running of the day, keeping the clinic organised and presentable, assisting with stock and deliveries, and helping ensure every client experience feels calm, warm and professional.
This role would suit someone who is naturally organised, takes pride in presentation, communicates well, and understands that being part of a well-run clinic also means taking responsibility for the day-to-day upkeep of the space.
What the role involves:
- Greeting and looking after clients in clinic
- Managing front of house day-to-day
- Supporting with bookings, messages, and general client communication
- Keeping reception, kitchen and shared clinic areas clean, tidy and well presented
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Managing packaging and general delivery waste, including taking cardboard and plastic out to the external bins
- Putting bins out as required and helping maintain the overall cleanliness and order of the clinic
- Helping with stock organisation and monitoring supplies
- Being involved with the clinics social media presence
- General day-to-day support to keep the clinic running smoothly
- Following company procedures, standards and direction carefully
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Warm, professional and confident with people
- Organised, proactive and dependable
- Happy to take direction and work to a high standard
- Comfortable with both client-facing responsibilities and practical daily tasks
- Reliable, punctual and consistent
- Presentable, switched-on and calm under pressure
- Aligned with a polished, smart and professional clinic environment
Important:
This is not a role for someone who only wants the client-facing side of clinic work. We are looking for someone who takes genuine responsibility for their environment and is happy to be actively involved in maintaining the space day to day.
That includes practical responsibilities such as tidying, washing up, loading or emptying the dishwasher, managing deliveries and packaging waste, taking bins out when needed, restocking, and helping keep the clinic running properly. These tasks are part of the role, not separate from it.
We are looking for someone dependable and self-managing — someone who understands the importance of being on time, following direction, taking ownership of their responsibilities, and contributing consistently to the smooth running of the clinic.
Presentation is also important in this role. We work to a clear company image and dress standard, so applicants should be comfortable following clinic guidelines around clothing, grooming and professional appearance.
This is a lovely role for the right person — most days fit in with the school run (0945-1400). This is great for someone who who enjoys people, talking, being compassionate, takes pride in standards, and wants to be part of a well-run, high-quality environment.
