Full job description

Job: Accounts Assistant Trainee

Based in Blackpool, a global media company are now recruiting for a Trainee to join their fast-growing successful team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about wanting to join the world of Accounts and is willing and keen to learn.

This role requires no previous Accounts Assistant experience. Training will be provided.

As a Trainee your duties will include:

· Data entry to purchase and sales ledger

· Reconciliations of banks and credit cards

· Dealing with clients over the telephone and email

· Posting Journals

· Checking and processing expenses

· General office duties such as sorting post, filing and scanning

Working benefits:

· Salary £25,000 to £26,000

· 23 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays

· 37.5 hours per week

· Modern Office

· Positive team environment

The Trainee Accountant will initially be a junior role with exposure to all core areas of finance. The successful candidate will also gain experience through various finance projects across the business.

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
