Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in developing and executing effective campaigns. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in marketing, project management, and communication within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting with various marketing initiatives, analysing data, and ensuring the smooth organisation of projects to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Duties

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including B2B marketing campaigns
Support the creation of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Manage project timelines and coordinate tasks across different departments to ensure timely delivery
Maintain organised records of marketing activities, budgets, and performance metrics
Help organise events, webinars, or promotional activities to boost brand awareness
Collaborate with team members to develop content for social media platforms and company websites
Analyse campaign performance data to recommend improvements and optimise future initiatives
Support the team with administrative tasks related to marketing projects

Skills

Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Knowledge of project management principles and tools
Analytical skills for interpreting data and generating actionable insights
Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Basic understanding of IT systems relevant to marketing activities
Knowledge of B2B marketing practices and strategies is desirable
Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners
