Full job description

We're looking for an organised, proactive all-rounder to manage our Head Office and support our small, friendly team of around 15. If you like variety, want to learn how a business works from the inside, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything ticking over, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Running Head Office day-to-day — from ordering office supplies to keeping the office organised
Onboarding new starters and managing HR admin using our HR software
Liaising with Accounts and answering HR queries from staff at our franchised locations
Supporting the CEO, Marketing and Operations teams wherever needed
Getting involved across the business and learning as you go

What We're Looking For

Someone organised, adaptable, and happy to be involved in anything
Experience in office management, admin, or HR admin
A confident communicator who's comfortable liaising with people at all levels
Genuinely open to learning new things and taking on new responsibilities
HR software experience is a bonus, but not essential — we'll train you
