Summary

We are looking to appoint two enthusiastic, committed and talented Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our incredible team from September 2026 on fixed-term contracts until 31 July 2027.

These roles will primarily provide PPA cover across the whole school, so we are looking for confident, adaptable professionals who can inspire children, build positive relationships and bring energy and creativity into every classroom they enter.

These posts are fixed term due to current staffing and budget considerations for the 202627 academic year. There may be the potential for extension subject to future staffing and budget requirements.

Essential Qualifications

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, CACHE or NCFE support staff qualifications

Desirable Qualifications

NVQ level 4 qualification or equivalent
HLTA Status

Essential Experience

Can confidently lead learning across a range of primary age groups
Builds strong relationships with children, staff and families
Has high expectations for behaviour, engagement and achievement
Is flexible, positive and solution-focused
Can work independently and as part of a supportive team
