We have an exciting new vacancy for a Duty Manager to join our team at The Royal Bath hotel. This historic 207-room hotel, established in 1838, is renowned as Bournemouth's first hotel. Nestled in secluded grounds with breathtaking sea views, The Royal Bath Hotel offers a prime location on the Bournemouth coast, with easy access to the nearby town centre and train station while immersing yourself in the hotel's picturesque surroundings.

Your duties will include:

Ensuring the smooth running of the hotel in the manager absence
Assisting all departments as and when required.
Providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Being confident in managing various situations
Overseeing different departments when needed

The successful candidate will have experience running a shift as a duty manager in a hotel. You will have excellent communication skills with both employees and guests and have a hands-on, can-do attitude.
