Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive Basic based on experience + Commission Scheme.

We are hiring for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Weybridge. This is an exciting opportunity to take be part of a growing team, within a growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment experience or looking for their first role in the sector.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen and interview high-quality candidates to match client requirements.
Manage the full recruitment cycle
Build strong relationships with a range of candidates.
Negotiate offers and close placements successfully.
Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.

Requirements

Recruitment experience (beneficial)
Sales acumen
Proven billing record and ability to hit or exceed targets.
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Resilient, ambitious, competitive and self-motivated with a professional attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Strong phone manner.
