Full job description

Job Description:

David James are an established company of rural surveyors and estate agents. We are looking for a Viewings Assistant to join our Wrington office on a flexible basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people and has an interest in property.

UK driving licence and own car essential.

Responsibilities:

Accompanying viewings – welcoming prospective buyers, presenting the property and answering general queries (where appropriate)
Representing the Agency - offering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional, friendly presence.
Provide clear and timely feedback to the office team following appointments
Ensuring property security
Arranging appointments and diary management

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in the property industry is desired but not essential
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
Team focused and self-motivated
Commitment to high standards of work and quality service to clients
Excellent communication skills

Job Type: This is a casual, zero-hours style role with work offered on an ad hoc basis, primarily Thursday, Friday and Saturday depending on business needs.
