Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Your keen eye for detail and strong analysis skills will help uphold our commitment to excellence, delivering top-quality products to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement processes and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols across production lines.

Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to verify adherence to quality standards.
Utilize HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles to identify potential food safety risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Perform detailed analysis of products using appropriate testing methods and measurement tools to detect defects or deviations.
Document inspection results accurately, prepare reports, and communicate findings promptly to relevant teams for corrective actions.
Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues, recommend process improvements, and prevent future defects.
Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment regularly to ensure precise measurements.
Support ongoing training initiatives related to quality assurance procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience in quality inspection or quality assurance roles within manufacturing or food production environments.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes of quality issues.
Knowledge of HACCP standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices for product safety and quality control.
Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to inspections and documentation.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Good communication skills for reporting findings clearly and effectively.
Basic proficiency with measurement tools, testing equipment, and inspection software is preferred.
