Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced labourer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and practical skills to contribute to diverse projects across different sites. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Assisting with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up equipment
Handling materials and tools safely and efficiently
Supporting skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required
Loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper storage
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Operating basic machinery or equipment following safety protocols (training provided)
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

Proven experience as a labourer in construction or related fields
Good physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks and long shifts
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work within safety guidelines
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on site
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as required
Nice-to-have: valid CSCS card or equivalent certification; own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
