About Foodhub

Foodhub is an international hospitality technology company providing online ordering, EPOS, payments, kiosks and digital solutions to hospitality businesses across the UK, Ireland, America and ANZ.

About the Role

As a Field Support Agent, you'll be the face of Foodhub, building lasting relationships with our restaurant partners and helping them get the very best from our products and services.

You'll regularly visit customers, provide onboarding and training, answer questions, support them with day-to-day needs, and identify opportunities to introduce solutions that help their business grow. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and relationship-building skills who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face. While you'll receive full training on our products.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners across your assigned region.
Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of customers.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand their business needs and ensure they are getting maximum value from Foodhub.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience to encourage long-term retention and loyalty.

Customer Support & Guidance

Assist customers with day-to-day queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Provide practical guidance on using Foodhub's products and services effectively.
Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process, ensuring a positive experience.

Onboarding & Training

Deliver onboarding sessions for new restaurant partners.
Train restaurant owners and staff on how to use Foodhub's products confidently.
Share best practices to help customers improve efficiency and grow their business.

Business Growth

Identify opportunities to introduce additional Foodhub products and services that could benefit customers.
Promote solutions such as EPOS, Payments, Kiosks and Online Ordering where appropriate.
Work alongside internal teams to support customer growth and maximise account potential.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with Customer Support, Sales, Technical Support, and Project teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Share customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping customers succeed.

You'll ideally have experience in:

Customer Service
Account Management
Hospitality
Field Sales
Business Development
Client Relationship Management
Retail or Restaurant Operations

Experience within the restaurant, takeaway, hospitality, or food delivery industry would be advantageous but is not essential.

Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
A confident and professional approach when meeting customers face-to-face.
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to support customer growth.
Good organisational and time management skills.
A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Comfortable travelling across the UK to visit customers.
Basic IT confidence and willingness to learn Foodhub's products (full training provided).
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
