Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team in Norwich. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong sales acumen, with the ability to engage customers and close deals effectively. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial contact through to final sale, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.

Monday - Sunday, 5 days per week on a ROTA (40 Hours), Weekend Availability Essential

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
Utilise outside sales techniques to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
Ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving dealership goals and personalised targets.
Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from initial enquiries, tracking progress and following up with leads through various communication channels.
Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in inventory management, ensuring that vehicles are advertised, well-presented and available for sale.
Upsell additional products or services that enhance the customer’s purchase experience.

Skills and Requirements

A motivated individual with a positive attitude.
A valid driving licence is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Confident, approachable, and professional manner when dealing with customers
Previous Sales Experience is essential - ability to build rapport, overcome objectives, gain trust and close deals.
Telephone etiquette.
Strong organisational and IT skills, plus attention to detail are essential for effectively managing the sales process, updating CRM and website.
