As a Picker / Packer, you’ll play a key role in our London fulfillment hub, helping manage inventory, accurately selecting customer orders, and preparing shipments to high quality standards. Your Responsibilities

As a Picker / Packer, you will:

Stock & Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects during the packing process, reporting any stock discrepancies immediately to supervisors.

Safety & Facility Maintenance: Keep work stations, packing areas, and warehouse aisles clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Process Improvement: Participate in team shift briefings and propose practical ideas to optimize daily packing workflows and operational efficiency.
Personal & Professional Development: Attend structured safety and equipment workshops to build practical skills for future supervisory roles.
