Nursery: Bright Horizons Longfield Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary Level 3 – £28,072 - £33,020 p/a per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Salary Level 2 – £27,009 - £37,823 p/a per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

We are looking for a full time Level 2 or 3 qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Longfield Day Nursery and Pre School based in our baby room. Bright Horizons Longfield is a purpose built nursery, the nursery boasts an all weather garden with a trike track and climbing frame, to play trays and a beautiful forest school garden.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
