Experienced 360 Machine Operator

Location: Chester, CH1 6BS

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £16.00+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Dandy's (Chester) Limited is looking for an experienced 360 Machine Operator to join our busy recycling, screening and manufacturing operation based in Chester.

This is a hands-on role operating a brand new Hyundai HX360A 36 tonne excavator within a fast-paced yard environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for feeding screening and processing equipment, loading vehicles, managing stockpiles and supporting the day-to-day running of the site.

Key Responsibilities

Operating a brand new Hyundai HX360A excavator safely and efficiently
Feeding screening and processing equipment
Loading vehicles and managing stockpiles
Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance
Assisting with general yard operations when required
Working closely with the yard and production teams
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and site safety

Essential Requirements

Proven experience operating 360 excavators in a commercial environment
Valid 360 Excavator qualification/card
Good understanding of site safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
Own transport to and from work

Desirable

Experience within recycling, aggregates, waste management, quarrying or similar industries
Experience operating other mobile plant machinery

What We Offer

£16.00+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Working Hours
