Hola!

We are Malo Brighton, a family-owned Argentinian empanada shop with three locations across Brighton & Hove, and we’re looking for passionate, reliable people to join our production team.

If you share our love for Argentinian food and enjoy working with your hands, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

Empanadas are crescent-shaped pastries filled with a variety of delicious ingredients. In this position, you will:

Fill empanadas using our freshly prepared fillings (no cooking required)
Fold and shape them using a press machine
Prepare them ready for our floor team to bake and serve
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
Follow all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must be able to work early morning shifts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and care in food preparation
Previous experience making Argentinian empanadas is a bonus, but not essential, full training will be provided

Details:

Part-time position (approximately 25 hours per week, early start)
Based in central Brighton.
