Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our growing team. Duties will range from smalls works across to commercial sites, maintenance and small industrial projects.

Responsibilities

Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
Diagnose electrical faults using hand tools and power tools, implementing effective solutions promptly.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to complete installations and repairs accurately.
Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety legislation, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate installation schedules and project timelines.
Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience working as an Electrician.
Experience using power tools safely for cutting, drilling, and installing electrical components.
Strong understanding of safety standards, and regulations within the UK.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
Valid UK driving licence.

Preferred

City & Guilds 2391 (funded course available for right candidate)

Pay: £40,000.00 per year
