About us: We are a Family-Run Business, with over 25 years of experience in autobody repairs. In the last three years we have tripled in size and have aquired multiple work provider contracts, our BS10125 accreditation and most recently Hyundai Manufacturers approval.

Our team of highly skilled and experienced car body repair specialists have been providing superior quality services for over two decades. As we continue to grow, we are in need of more skilled technicians to join our expanding team. This a great opportunity to work with under manufacturer approvals and to gain experience in an insurance approved environment.

Glass Finish Ltd are recruiting for multiple experienced Paint Repairer / Panel Beater (Non‑Structural) to join our expanding bodyshop team.

Our Paint and Panel Technicians deliver high‑quality cosmetic repairs with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and customer experience.

Carry out non‑structural panel repairs including minor dents, scrapes and surface damage
Complete paint preparation and refinishing to a high standard
Prepare vehicle surfaces and panels, ensuring a smooth and even base for painting.
Expertly mask and tape off sections that are not to be painted.
Perform cosmetic repairs across panels, bumpers and exterior components
Ensure all work follows approved processes and quality expectations
Work effectively with the wider bodyshop team to deliver a seamless repair journey
Be able to record and image your work as necessary

For this role, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years previous experience in paint repair and non‑structural panel work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience of using the correct polishing tools, techniques, and equipment.
Familiarity with the latest automotive finishes and paint technologies.
Certifications in automotive bodywork or paint preparation.
Full UK drivers license

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 am - 05.00 pm

Optional Saturdays: 09:00 am - 02:00 pm

Salary:

Competitive; to be discussed during the interview. Subject to skill set.
