Sales Lead Generator

Bolton/Hybrid
37.5 hours per week

Salary: £27,500

OTE: £34,000 - Uncapped Commission

If you've worked in sales or a customer-facing role where you've built relationships, had great conversations and delivered excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for confident communicators who enjoy speaking to people, can quickly build rapport and are motivated by earning potential. In return, we'll provide the training, coaching and support to help you develop your skills and build a successful career in sales.

This is more than just a lead generation role. It's an opportunity to develop your sales career, earn uncapped commission and join a business that believes in supporting and promoting from within.

What you'll get

£27,500 basic salary
Uncapped commission with an OTE of £34,000+

A Bit About The Role

As a Sales Lead Generator, you'll be speaking with UK-based businesses, building rapport, understanding their needs and creating interest in our trusted comparison service.

You'll identify qualified opportunities through outbound calling to UK-based businesses before transferring engaged customers directly to one of our Sales Consultants, helping businesses save time and money while delivering excellent customer service throughout every conversation.

No two conversations are the same, making this a fast-paced role where your communication skills, resilience and determination will help you succeed.

A Bit About You

We're looking for people who enjoy speaking to others, know how to build genuine conversations and have the confidence to create strong relationships.

You'll ideally have previous experience in sales, customer service, contact centre or another customer-facing environment where you've developed strong communication skills.

You'll be someone who is:
