Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Part Time Sales Negotiator to join our reputable estate agency team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced property market, assisting clients in buying and selling. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in property sales is advantageous, but a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential. The role is fully paid and provides a platform for career development within the property industry.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in buying and selling
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers.
Negotiate offers between vendors and prospective buyers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Manage the end-to-end process of property transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deadlines are met.
Maintain organised records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction progress using CRM systems.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties across various channels.
Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalised service.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team targets and enhance overall service delivery.

Experience

Previous administrative experience within a sales or property environment is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a broad client base.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
