Full job description

PadelPlex is a new padel club group built on one idea: padel done properly. We come from a hospitality background — so while the courts are at the centre of everything, it's the welcome, the atmosphere and the experience that set us apart.

We hire people who genuinely care — about the venues, the customers and the standard of what we do. Experience in padel isn't required. A warm, can-do attitude and high personal standards are. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

We're now looking for someone to own our marketing — and help us build a brand worth talking about.

The role spans content creation, social media, brand, digital marketing and commercial partnerships. It's broad by design. We're at an early, exciting stage and the right person will relish having real ownership of it. The role starts on a part-time or fractional basis, with the clear intention of growing into a full-time position as the business expands.

What matters most isn't a CV full of credentials. We're looking for someone who is:

Self-motivated and genuinely excited about what we're building
Confident working independently, without needing hand-holding
Organised and able to keep multiple things moving at once
A natural networker and relationship builder — someone who represents PadelPlex brilliantly in any room, whether that's a sponsorship conversation, a community event or a local business pitch

We're open to both freelance and employed arrangements. Compensation is competitive and dependent on experience.
