Full job description

Ellis Jones Solicitors are looking for a self-motivated Administration Assistant with a positive attitude to join our Broadstone office to sit front of house and assist with the Property Department. This role is a full-time position and would suit someone who enjoys working in a challenging, busy and professional environment.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

All general office/reception duties
Answer and direct calls from the main switchboard to the appropriate department
Greeting clients when they come into the office with a professional and friendly manner
Database updates, including opening and closing files on the case management system
Photocopying and filing
Assisting with archiving
Post duties
Booking and setting up meeting rooms
Copy/audio typing letters and documents
