Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Retail Sales Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our retail shop and surrounding external areas. This role is central to delivering an exceptional customer experience while increasing sales performance and strengthening the charity’s brand presence.
You will oversee and support all individuals within the retail environment, including staff, service users, volunteers, customers, trade partners, and visitors. By fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and well-organised space, you will ensure that every interaction reflects the values and mission of the charity. Some weekend working on a rota basis is required.
