Bar Staff & Bar Management – Westbourne

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our vibrant team Camden bar Westbourne. We are hiring for experienced bar staff only please.

Sorry we are not looking to train people up unless you really think you are a superstar!

We are seeking passionate candidates with experience in cocktails, floor service, and exceptional customer service.

As a key part of our hospitality team, you will help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organised bar area, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

We are considering people with management/supervisor experience who wish to take on some bigger roles within Camden as well

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and quality standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and anticipating their needs.
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar and floor area, including cleaning glassware and surfaces.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Accurately handle cash and card transactions, using basic math skills for billing and reconciliation.
Support a team-oriented, positive working environment.

For Supervisors

Lead by example and support the team during busy periods.
Contribute ideas to improve service, offerings, and operational efficiency.
Assist in training, scheduling, and staff development.

Experience & Skills:

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality role preferred.
Cocktail knowledge and experience in a high-volume environment is a strong advantage.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable customer experiences.
