Full job description

Experienced Butcher Wanted – Dorchester

We are a small, friendly local butcher's shop in Dorchester looking for an experienced butcher to join our team.

Hours:
5 days per week
8:00am – 3:00pm

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience working in a butcher's shop
Reliable and hardworking
Own transport preferred/reliable means of travel
Flexible attitude and willing to assist with all aspects of the business
Butchery experience essential (chef experience alone is not suitable)
Duties Include:
Customer service and serving customers
Preparation and display of meat products
Sausage manufacturing
General butchery work
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
