About the Role

Libreria Colibri Books Ltd operates within the book retail, publishing support, cultural products, inventory coordination, and customer service sector. We are seeking a Book Retail Operations Director to lead retail operations, oversee service workflows, and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead book retail operations, customer service workflows, and stock coordination activities
Oversee team performance, service standards, sales reporting, and operational planning
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, customers, internal teams, and business partners
Monitor inventory accuracy, product displays, customer feedback, and workflow efficiency
Develop strategies to improve retail performance, service quality, and customer engagement
Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
Prepare senior-level reports, business updates, and operational recommendations

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Strong experience in retail operations, bookstore management, inventory coordination, customer service management, or business operations
Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
Experience working with suppliers, retail teams, online sales platforms, or customer service operations is an advantage
