Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness IN A MODERN MEDICALCENTRE, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for patients and staff alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining pristine spaces. Prior experience in commercial cleaning is preferred, but full training will be provided to the right candidate. The position is paid and suitable for those seeking regular employment with scope for growth within our organisation.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, Surgeriesl Toilet facilities, using appropriate cleaning tools and products.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards.
Empty bins, replenish supplies such as soap and paper towels, and ensure all areas are kept tidy throughout the shift.
Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or contamination.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning procedures and environmental sustainability practices.
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates eager to learn.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and specialised cleaning agents is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail are essential to ensure consistent quality standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
Good communication skills and reliability are important qualities for success in this role.
