Job Description:

Conexus Recovery is one of the leading debt recovery agency in UK Mainland and Northern Ireland and works on behalf of Utility Companies. Due to our outstanding reputation in this area, we have gone from strength to strength resulting in ongoing expansion and therefore more opportunities to join our exciting company.

We are recruiting for a Warrant Planner based in Bolton, working hours are: 35 hours per week, between 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with 1 hour for lunch.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for scheduling and planning Warrant visits and carrying out associated administration tasks
Administrations tasks include but are not limited to: managing Warrant Officers in relation to plan completion performance on a daily basis, maintaining and monitoring accounts to completion.
Primary function in supporting the day to day administration, and assist Warrant Officers in all tasks related to performance and implementation. Dealing with Warrant Officers queries and problems
Communicating on behalf of the company - prepare and/or edit internal and external documents such a spreadsheets for a variety of tasks and mass emails.
Coordinate the Warrant Officer accounts and travel arrangements
Assist with training requirements and troubleshooting device issues
Supporting other departments for admin and post
Applying for court utility warrant of entry
Liasing with third party suppliers such as locksmith, meter engineers and dog handlers
Planning and scheduling utility Warrant executions with Warrant Officers.
Ensuring deadlines are met and visit results are quality checked

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a administrative position is essential.
Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook. Knowledge of Excel is critical.
Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to recall information quickly and effectively prioritise workflow.
Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a good telephone manner.
Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
Initiative, proactive approach, and good judgment in decision-making.
High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
Friendly, personable, and able to build harmonious working relationships with clients, co-workers, and the public.
Team player with adaptability to changing needs and environments.
