P.Louise – Trafford City Store

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, organised and proactive Receptionist to be the face of our Trafford City Store. As the first point of contact for every customer, you'll create an exceptional first impression by delivering a luxury, welcoming experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception.

You'll manage appointments, answer enquiries, support the retail and salon teams, and ensure every guest receives the outstanding customer service that P.Louise is known for.

Key Responsibilities - Customer Experience

Welcome every customer with a friendly and professional approach.
Deliver a five-star customer experience from arrival through to departure.
Assist customers with bookings, enquiries and general information.
Manage customer waiting areas, ensuring they remain clean, welcoming and well presented.
Resolve customer queries in person and via telephone confidently or escalate when required.

Reception & Administration

Answer telephone calls, emails and online enquiries professionally.
Book, amend and cancel appointments using the booking system.
Complete daily administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Handle customer correspondence promptly and professionally.

Store Support

Support the retail team during busy trading periods.
Assist with customer flow throughout the store.
Help maintain presentation standards across the reception area.
Ensure promotional materials and displays at reception remain up to date.

Operational Standards

Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information.
Follow company policies, health and safety procedures and GDPR requirements.
Report maintenance issues or operational concerns promptly.

What We're Looking ForEssential

Previous reception, retail or customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail.
Flexible approach to working weekends and late trading where required.
