We're looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role

As our General Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring outstanding customer service, driving sales, and creating a positive, high-performing team culture. You'll lead by example, maintaining high standards while delivering a memorable experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a manager in hospitality.
Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
A confident and inspiring leader with excellent team-building and people management abilities.
Target-driven with a strong commercial focus and the ability to maximise sales and profitability.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience managing stock, rotas, ordering, and cost control.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
Personal Licence required.
Relevant hospitality qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest has a great experience.
Drive sales, achieve business targets, and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
Recruit, train, and coach team members.
Manage stock levels, ordering, and minimise wastage.
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Create a welcoming, positive, and professional working environment.
Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
