Full job description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about rental options and pricing
- Process rental agreements and collect necessary documentation
- Conduct data entry to input customer information accurately
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain a clean and organized rental office environment
- Assist with vehicle maintenance and garage maintenance if required

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- HGV preferred but not essential
- Excellent organizational skills to manage rental agreements and paperwork
