Here at Tay Valley Vets, we are looking for an Office Administrator Assistant to join our friendly team.

We pride ourselves on our positive work ethos and look forward to welcoming a new colleague. Based in the heart of beautiful Perthshire, our practice has the perfect balance of town and countryside, and has been voted the 5th best place to live in the UK.

We are seeking a reliable, organised and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner. As one of the main points of contact for our clients, you'll share in both the happy and the difficult days. This includes supporting pet owners who may be worried, emotional, or grieving. We're looking for someone who can provide compassionate service while remaining professional under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with client queries.
Regularly monitor incoming emails, responding promptly or forwarding them to the appropriate team member as required.
Carry out a range of general administrative duties.
Assist with basic accounts administration.
Process insurance claims and related paperwork.
Support colleagues and work effectively as part of a busy team.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm .
