Job Introduction

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is critical in attracting, engaging and onboarding top talent, while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers by providing expert insight, guidance and hands-on support.

You’ll play a key role in managing complex recruitment challenges, identifying innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement across the hiring process. With a focus on enhancing candidate experience and overall recruitment effectiveness, you will help shape a modern, inclusive and forward-thinking talent acquisition function aligned to our organisational ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver effective, inclusive, and insight-led recruitment strategies
Provide advice and guidance on best practice across the full recruitment lifecycle
Manage and optimise recruitment systems, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance
Coordinate recruitment activity, including shortlisting, interviews, and candidate engagement
Proactively manage candidate pipelines to ensure a positive and seamless experience
Undertake pre-employment checks in line with safer recruitment and safeguarding requirements
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance attraction strategies, and drive efficiencies
Collaborate across the Trust to support a consistent, high-quality hiring journey

About You

You will bring a strong blend of customer focus, organisation, and the ability to influence and support stakeholders, alongside a passion for delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.

Essential Skills and Attributes

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Confidence working with digital systems and recruitment platforms
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to build strong working relationships and influence at all levels
Experience within talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or compliance environments
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Understanding of safer recruitment and safeguarding practices
