Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Self-Employed Litter Picker / Retail Park Operative to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a busy retail park in Bradford.

Key Responsibilities:

Litter picking across the retail park and surrounding external areas
Emptying external bins and replacing bin liners
Keeping walkways, entrances, and public areas clean and presentable
Reporting any maintenance or health & safety issues on site
Sweeping and carrying out general outdoor cleaning duties
Ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and welcoming for visitors and tenants

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable with good timekeeping
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Previous cleaning or outdoor maintenance experience preferred but not essential
Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not essential

What We Provide:

All equipment and materials
Uniform and PPE
Ongoing support from our facilities management team
