Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialised nail treatments. You will create a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients while ensuring their needs are met with exceptional customer service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant salon setting, contributing to our reputation for excellence in beauty care.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
Provide personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable services.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment by sanitising tools and workstations according to health and safety standards.
Ensure client comfort throughout the treatment process by offering friendly and professional service.
Keep up-to-date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative services.
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times.
Promote retail products by advising clients on suitable colour choices and aftercare products.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a salon environment.
Skills in makeup application are advantageous but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Organised with an eye for detail to ensure precision in all treatments.
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
A friendly, professional attitude with a passion for beauty care and client satisfaction.
