Full job description

We are searching for a Service Advisor for our Bristol North dealership.

We are looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team in Bristol (Patchway) and you must be enthusiastic, outgoing and a process driven individual who puts customer service at the forefront of all they do.

As a Service Advisor at Drive Motor Retail, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, assisting customers with their vehicle service requirements, and ensuring their experience with us is smooth and hassle-free.

Package Details:

Basic Salary of £28,000 - Potential earnings are un-capped but are averaged at £37,000+ per annum.
Our top earners are averaging around £1000 bonus achievement per month.
Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm, 1 hour for lunch.

Responsibilities:

These tasks require excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail and a quality focus that is second to none.
As the first point of contact for customers the role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
Booking and arranging customers vehicles into the service department.
Engaging with existing customers
Selling and advertising our dealerships services and products.
Be committed to achieve complete customer satisfaction
Help achieve sales targets as set out by the Aftersales Service Manager

Requirements:

Comply with Health & Safety Procedures
Comply with Company administrative procedures i.e. Use clock card machine, complete job cards etc
Ensure work is completed to a high standard at all times
Ability to work at a fast pace
Well-mannered and ready to go the extra mile for our customers.
A Valid Driver’s License.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£37,000.00 per year

Automotive Service Advisor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
