Join Our Award-Winning Team at the Fife Arms Hotel, Braemar

Awarded Condé Nast Traveler Triple Crown and holder of 2 Michelin Keys, the Fife Arms is one of Scotland’s most celebrated hotels in the Cairngorms National Park. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Waiting & Bar Staff (F&B Hosts) to join our vibrant Flying Stag Pub team.

What You’ll Do

As an F&B Host, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by:

Welcoming and hosting guests with warmth and professionalism
Making menu and drinks recommendations with confidence
Taking orders and delivering exceptional service to the highest standards
Keeping the pub and service areas clean, tidy, and presentable
Supporting smooth day-to-day operations and always striving for improvement

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate will bring:

Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
A genuine passion for great food, drink, and guest service
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Enthusiasm, initiative, and a willingness to learn and grow
