Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team! Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping to ensure seamless workflow.
Oversee clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management with accuracy and attention to detail.
Support human resources activities by assisting with onboarding, employee records, and communication initiatives.
Supervise team members’ administrative tasks, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of performance.
Utilize QuickBooks or similar accounting software to process invoices, track expenses, and maintain financial records accurately.
Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling inquiries, directing calls efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate logistics for team events or training sessions to foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience with the ability to motivate others effectively.
Familiarity with human resources processes and office software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to facilitate clear internal and external interactions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Prior office or administrative experience combined with good phone etiquette is essential.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
