Overview

Rellim Surveyors is an independent, rapidly growing RICS-regulated surveying practice.

We are seeking a qualified Building Surveyor (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS) to join our team on a consultancy basis to support our expanding workload. This opportunity would suit either a newly qualified surveyor looking to develop their experience or an experienced surveyor seeking additional work and flexibility.

We are particularly keen to hear from surveyors with experience undertaking RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out residential surveys and producing clear, professional reports while delivering excellent client service.saf

As a proud RICS-regulated firm, we are looking for a surveyor who can confidently inspect residential properties, identify defects, assess risks and produce clear, concise and practical reports for clients.
